AtMoDat at the AGU Fall Meeting 2019

From 9. - 13. December 2019 the Fall Meeting of the American Geophysical Union took place in San Francisco. It is the largest earth and space science conference in the world (more than 25 000 participants in 2018).

First outcomes and the roadmap of the AtMoDat project were presented in the session IN21A: Achieving the "R" of FAIR Data Principles: Reusability Is the Biggest Challenge but the Most Rewarding I by Karsten Peters. Our plans on a generic quality indicator extending the DataCite metadata schema were in the focus of the talk AtMoDat: Improving reusability of atmospheric model data by adapting metadata standards and by providing specific data quality information (Download Presentation, Download Abstract).
